Hey Reader, As we roll into these holidays and a new year, I just want to say thanks. Truly. I’m so grateful you’re here. Whether we’ve worked together this year or you’ve been soaking things in from the sidelines, I see you, and I’m so glad we’re connected. Claaaarrk!! 😂 Quick note: 🎧 Mindset to Market episodes are still rolling out through end-of-year with some sweet guest interviews that I saved to share right as we say "buh-BYE" to 2025. Aaaaand, that's actually a theme I want to address. I know how easy it is to get motivated by "new year, new me" energy. I used to run entire programs based on this. And I love a fresh start or a blank canvas... But this year I'm feeling different. I'm less excited about a total refresh and focused on following the data. So let's talk about upgrades. Instead of burning it all down or reinventing your offers... What if you spent that time looking at what worked for you this year and making it even better? If you attended Plan + Envision this year, you know we took thorough inventory of wins, fails, profits, losses, break downs and breakthroughs. We also did some big dreaming. During that process, I took time to study this year's numbers and look for emerging patterns. What I found makes it obvious where to go next. So, you’ll notice a few shifts in my world. Some big, some microscopic, but all intentional. And all aligned with what I’ve learned this year (especially from the 112 women I’ve had the privilege to serve in 2025 across 4 programs! 🎉 Yes! 112! 👀). If you were here at the beginning of the year, you may recall my goal was 1,000 clients served. I'm so proud of the progress I made towards that totally ambitious number. Aim high, as they say! Fourteen of those brilliant women are building businesses from scratch and have already sold offers and made profits. I mean… that alone is reason to double down, not start over. ✨ My Foundations group program is getting a major glow-up. I’m weaving in everything I’ve been studying, practicing, and witnessing from 2025 client challenges and results. The framework is solid and based on years of my own experience, but it’s becoming even more streamlined and pragmatic so you can refine and scale instead of constantly reinventing. 💌 My newsletter is also getting an upgrade. I'll still keep teaching free classes a few times a month because those are working beautifully. But I'll be leaning deeper into weekly emails. Not higher volume, but I'm aiming to include more insight, more intention and more of tools you can actually use to grow your business. 🧰 The Digital Product Toolkit is getting a redesign of it's community space. At $47, it’s still the best stepping stone for anyone who wants to ring in 2026 with an offer that’s ready to sell now. Because if you LOVE to procrasti-create like I do... then hear me say this: We don’t need another great idea (we have many, and they are indeed great!), but we do need something on the market that we can sell (in exchange for money), and we do need messaging optimized to make that easy. I’ve seen many brilliant solopreneurs burn things down after a few months or a year, when what they really needed was a slight pivot, a fresh pair of eyes, or just the confidence to keep going. Sometimes it's good to have that fresh page or blank canvas, but it's also true that you don’t need to start over to grow. Focus on clarity, support, and someone to remind you: it’s working. Keep going. So here's your CEO Power Prompt: What’s already working in your business and how can you make that easier, better, or more joyful in 2026? 😘 That’s the energy I’m walking into the new year with. Happy Wednesday Reader, I'm back from a much-needed, soul-fueling visit to New Orleans where I saw friends who are like family and supported my husband in his musical exploration as a drummer.
