I remember it rather clearly… A quiet, so pure you could hear a pin drop, reverberated through my inbox in the 24 hours after launching my first offer online. A hollow ache in my soul after 2 days of nothing… NO sales at all! I had spent months crafting my first course. 😩Agonized over the content. Designed and built ALL the modules. Wrote the emails, planned the webinars. I even had fancy Canva banners for all my socials and Zoom! And then… after almost a week with an open cart… “Ding!” A sales notification! My Aunt Barbara had joined my course. Tiny, sad trombones played a soft “Whamp waaaaaah” as I mourned my loss. Almost no one bought during that first launch. Not because my course wasn’t good. But because I skipped the one thing that matters most: Market research. 🤦🏼♀️ I created what I thought people wanted, without inviting real people into the process. Boy was that a super-fun learning experience! I’m pretty sure I scarred my husband for life with the rollercoaster of mood swings I experienced during the “cart open” phase. 🥳 Well, here’s the good news. Going through all that helped me realize that launching a business offer should never have to feel that stressful. It put me on a mission to find ways to launch that feel grounded, safe and collaborative. The next time I launched, I pre-sold the offer before I built it. I had real conversations with real people. I shared a clear transformation. And I used their feedback to shape the final experience. This is the method I now call Pre-Sell With Soul, and it changed everything for me. In fact, it’s the same strategy I used with my client Desi to help her go from idea to pre-sold group offer in under a month! So I’m breaking it all down for you in this week’s podcast episode. 🎧 👉 In this episode, you’ll learn:

[TLDR: In this week’s episode of Mindset to Market, I’m sharing the 5 signs your sales strategy is out of alignment.] Hey Reader! I hope you never get what I just had. It wasn't Covid, but some weird chest congestion thingie that just lingered for days with no other symptoms. Just enough ick to make me cough non-stop but not enough to be fully "sick" and get to opt out of work. 🤪 Fortunately the fall foliage in upstate NY has given me a lot to ponder on the topic of being unapologetically...
