{TLDR: Listen for a Money Mindset Exercise] Hey there Reader! This email might completely shift how you think about your work and your pricing. (I know... Big Claims! But that's exactly what happened for me) I knew I should share this exercise because: Most women entrepreneurs are still WILDLY undercharging for their work. Spoiler: It's not because they're not as good as men at their jobs. 🙄 Often, you’re undercharging because you’re not fully seeing the value of what you do. So instead of just talking about it… I want to give you a simple exercise you can do right now. (If you want to do this with me, click here to listen and follow along) And, so you can revisit this any time, here are the steps: ✍🏻 A Money Mindset Exercise to See Your True ValueGrab a notebook (or open your notes app) and follow this: Step 1: What problem do you solve for your clients?Go deeper than the surface here. What is your client really struggling with? Step 2: How does solving this impact their money?→ Do they make more income? (Every business can answer this, even if you don't help people make money) Step 3: How does it impact their health and well-being?→ Less stress? Step 4: How does it impact their relationships?→ More presence with family? Step 5: Who do they become in the future?→ More confident? Now take a minute to reflect... Look at everything you wrote down. THIS is the true value of your work. Not the amount of time you spent The transformation. And when you start pricing from that place… That's when it all changes. I go deeper into this on this week’s podcast episode, and I walk you through this step-by-step: 🎧 Listen here: Ep #117 - Money Mindset Shift: Stop Undervaluing Your Work (A Simple Exercise To Help You Charge More) And listen, I know pricing is difficult. New episode! 🎧 #116: Go Confidently Hey Reader, I was sitting in the lobby of the Renaissance Orlando when I spotted a woman I had just seen speak on stage the day before. Her talk was about how to best prepare for a project (in this case a podcast). Now, I consider myself to be a *very* prepared person... (not going to use the term OCD, but let's just say I have an EXTREMELY well organized Tupperware cabinet.) But as I listened to Julie Delucca-Collins share tips on how to best prep, I found...
Hey Reader, What has 19 years self-employed taught me about sales? That when you sell people what they actually want, in a seamless experience - they buy. Period. Regardless of the economy, the industry, or what the market is doing. So, as I was reviewing a funnels for two very different clients last week... I noticed the same mistakes coming up. Both clients have excellent offers, decent traffic and ongoing visibility. But the messaging along their customer journey was not fully aligned....
TLDR: Check these 6 steps to Spring clean your biz! Hey Reader, Last week I nearly flamed out when I spent over 20 minutes searching for a single document for a client. It was a strategy doc for her micro-launch and as she patiently awaitied her next step... I found myself swimming through hundreds of templates and Google docs and half-started content plans... Twenty. Minutes. Clicking through folders. Opening random files. Checking my downloads. Checking Google Drive (again). Going back to...
